Since the August 10, 2026 Build 88.00.43-release+20260804.fcdf713 update to the Sonos App the EQ Shortcut on Now Playing Volume controls does not work with Stereo pair One SL or original Sonos Arc.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app with no luck.
I have rebooted all Network devices including the WiFi router
I have removed power from all Sonos devices then powered them back up again.
No Luck
Interesting. I’m on build 88.00.51-release+20260813.946461990 for iOS, and it seems to be working fine. Have you called Sonos Support to discuss it?
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the EQ shortcut in the Sonos app.
I gave this a test on my system and I’m also having issues with the EQ shortcut and, after speaking with the team, they were able to reproduce the same problem. A ticket has been raised for further investigation and I’ve marked this thread as having the issue.
If I hear anything back, then I’ll let you know by replying to this thread.
