Does SONOS sell their own controller device?

We have a Port in our office of 100 people that controls the speakers throughout the office and are wondering if there is a device SONOS sells that can be our central device for controlling the Port as opposed to everyone just controlling it off the 100 different phones?

No they do not.

Airgetlam

Not currently. They offer a controller that runs in a web browser, controllers that run on iOS and Android devices, and older, un-updated controllers for Windows and Macs…but the last two are to be retired in favor of the web controller.

An android device (tablet or phone) running the sonos app in kiosk mode is probably the closest you’ll come to a dedicated controller.

If you simply want to restrict the 100 phones to, say, 2, you can disable Guest mode, enable Authentication and disable UPnP. Only users who know the system password will be able to control the Port. (If the system pasword is already known then change it and keep it a secret, except to allowed users).

Just a note: Disabling UPnP will stop the Windows desktop app being able to see the system effectively locking it out…

(not sure about Apple)
