Client is having random audio drop outs on when playing music and watching tv. utilizing amps for distributed audio and rear speakers in tv zones. system is run on an eero network and we are suspecting there may be stp issues happening. if someone could take a look at a diag that was pulled and see if anything jumps out that would be helpful.

Try disabling their WIFI in each Amps settings if they are all wired to the network. When the Amps are all next to each other or stacked they can cause network interference. Turning off WiFi helps to prevent this.

If they are all wireless, look in the Eeros settings for mDNS and enable it. Then disable airtime fairness if it is enabled

Nobody will look at that diagnosis, none of us users can even see it. It should not even be publicly posted, mods will delete it.

To have one looked at you need to submit it, then call Sonos.
