After there was an update, I tried to apply it to the speakers, but the app froze. I uninstalled it and installed it again. Now it no longer recognizes anything from my existing system—it can't find any devices on my network, even though nothing on the network has changed.
This is simply ridiculous. I'm expected to use an app when I never know what to expect from it. At the moment, I can't control anything at all.
Do you even know what you're doing with these updates? This is the second major failure I've experienced, after the huge app update a few years ago.
I no longer want to be your customer. This has gone beyond all reasonable limits.
