What exactly is the question? Where to find toggle shuffle in the native Amazon Music app? Which has nothing to do with Sonos.

Pretty poor question as you don't provide a y information leaving us to guess.

The  when we guess wrong you are unhappy but still provide no information.

Still, we keep trying to guess what you are asking...

Shuffle for Amazon playlists or songs manually added to the Sonos queue works using the Sonos shuffle queue button.

Shuffle is not an option for Amazon Stations as they do not use the queue and Sonos has no control of tne order.
