I was wondering, now that Apple has allowed 3rd party devices to stream Dolby Atmos over Airplay 2, you were going to add this support to the Sonos speakers.

You may want to join Sonos’ beta program to find out…they rarely announce changes to their system in advance.
Of course, I think once you join the beta program, it is kind of like fight club, you’re not allowed to talk about pretty much anything. And there’s no guarantee, I suspect, that you’d be part of any potential beta that includes the feature, although I’ve no real idea how they choose participants.
