Here is the Alexa availability on Sonos. but for bilingual languages to be set, I believe that is not supported as of the moment You may choose one language at a time. I'll have to check that or possibly check it as a feature request with our specialists.

@LiamFranco . If your patience runs out, buy a 2nd or 3rd generation Echo Dot or two, turn off voice control on Sonos speaker(s), and use Alexa groups to make the audio default to the Sonos speakers.
