Hello @Canagas, welcome to the Sonos Community!
I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with Amazon Alexa volume on your Sonos Arc Ultra not matching the volume on audio coming from your TV or music.
Are there separate volume controls for Alexa vs TV/music? If there are separate audio controls I've not been able to find anything in the app or instructions. Are there any other options such as equalizing Alexa audio to match the TV/music?
At this moment there are no separate volume controls for Amazon Alexa and other content playing on a Sonos product. I’ve marked this as a feature request but you might be more successful if you reach out to Amazon with this.
The volume of Amazon Alexa should be the same as the volume of the soundbar/speaker.
If you are able to reproduce this issue consistently, I recommend you to record it and then contact our Support Team for live troubleshooting.
They have tools at their disposal to provide you with advice and information specific to your system and what it reports.
I hope this helps.
Yes, thank you for the reply. This did help. The issue is consistent, repeatable upon command. I reached out to the "support team" which I had hoped to avoid. The results exceeded my exceptionally low expectations. You understood the issue with a few sentences. The "support team" in India wasn't as successful. I explained, repeated, repeated, provided an audio example, repeated again and again over the course of 45 minutes and she still couldn't understand. I hung up exasperated. Consumer electronics tech support is just another level of hell I avoid at all costs.
My choices now are to suffer through another call, disable Alexa or return the 4 day old device. Which option does the community think I should pursue?
