Volume issues via Alexa

I realise something odd.

All Sonos devices mentioned here are in the same network n with latest firmware.

Issue1 -
When I m in the bedroom asking Alexa something via beam, Sonos roam dun lower music volume. It's continues to play as usual.

Issue 2 -
When I m listening to my music in the living room. Where playbase is grouped with a Sonos one, I asked alexa something via Sonos one, playbase music also didn't lower down.

Anyone experienced similar scenarios? 🤔

I believe you need to create an Alexa Smart Home Device Group for “ducking” to work with your grouped speakers. Read more here:
