voice services no ahowing in my sonos app S2 Iso

Hi

i recently buy Arc and need to setup the Alexa, in Sonos App S2 I can not find any voice services listed in the service section, I tried to setup disable the skill and deregister from Amazon but again not showing any voice service in Sonos App ?!
