+1Voice Services for Alexa not available in our country Philippines. When Can this be available so that I could fully use my Sonos One with Alexa

Hi there, rowlings. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. Currently, Amazon Alexa is only supported in the US, UK, and Germany. In order for that feature to come to Sonos, it first needs to exist on the Amazon Alexa platform. I can forward this as a feature request for visibility, but you may get better results pushing for Alexa support in the Philippines through Amazon.

+1Hi Keith N, can you help me reset my sonos one back to factory settings? I need to uninstall my current sonos app for me to be able to download a sonos app in US playstore using US VPN so that the voice service for alexa is active. Would appreciate any help or guide. thanks
