Hi there
I have two Sonos One, they are set up to my home WiFi and connected to Amazon Alexa and Spotify. The Spotify is lnked to the account, which is also Premium. It works when i play music via through the app, however, it doesnt recognise that spotify is linked when ask Alexa to play spotify music.
What can I do to resolve this, as everything that i believe needs to be done to link Spotify, Sonos and Alexa has been done.

You need to add your Spotify account to both the Sonos and the Alexa app.
