Hi all - recently set up my Sonos Arc Ultra and have set up Amazon Alexa as my voice control. However, I can't seem to get voice controls for my TV to work. For example, when I say "Alexa, turn off my TV" it says that there is no device or group named TV. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thank you

Hi @zb411, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Alexa. Is it just TV commands that aren’t working for you, or are you also having issues with music playback commands or basic commands like asking for the time or weather?

If it’s just TV controls that aren’t working, then try specify the room name when using commands, such as “Alexa, turn [room name] TV off”. If all commands aren’t working, then try disabling then re-enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app.

I hope this helps!

All other commands work fine and when saying the room name of the TV I am able to turn it on but the turning off doesn’t work. Alexa says ok but nothing happens
