Anyone else having problems getting Alexa to connect to Sonos arc. Seems to be a recent issue, Sonos app when going to add voice assistants just goes to a help page. Alexa app says arc is offline when it’s not. Can’t work out how to re authorise account as I have done previously 

I would start with the following in order listed/

  1. Remove Alexa from the Arc if it shows as active 
  2. Shut down the Sonos app (stop it from running in the background)
  3. Delete the Sonos app
  4. Disable the Sonos skill in Alexa app
  5. Sign out of Alexa of Alexa
  6. Delete the Alexa app
  7. Make sure your device is updated and power cycle it
  8. Reinstall the Sonos app and select Join and Existing system and sign in
  9. Reinstall the Alexa app and sign in
  10. Activate the Sonos skill in Alexa app
  11. Try adding Alexa to the Arc
