Has anyone processed a return in the UK, I've filled out the form twice this week

Each time I fill the form out I get an email from Tech Support saying they will call within 24 hrs, which doesn't happen,, we're meant to get a returns label ?!
I have but the RMA was processed after speaking to Sonos on the phone and then the RMA with postage label was sent via e-mail.



Make sure you haven't got a Spam filter eating those e-mails

Got through by phone eventually, all sorted
Got RMA Label (DHL) for a return but what do I do now? Where do I take it for shipment & can I track it (as I had to provide my credit card detail in case i failed to return it)
