Hi,
At 7.35am every morning, my Sonos One announces the time, via Alexa. After several months, this is really starting to irritate me! Please tell me how I can switch this off? I have looked about the Alexa app, but have not go anywhere with it.

Sonos does not have control over Amazon Alexa features but I can share with you my findings below:
This might be an announcement, which you can turn off by following the Turn Announcements Off for Your Device Amazon Support Article.
This might also be a reminder, which you can edit by following the Set Reminders with Alexa Amazon Support Article.
I hope this helps but if it doesn’t I would suggest reaching out to Amazon.
