Originally had a Sonos One. When asking Alexa to play radio there was no issues through Tunein. Bought a Beam and moved the One to another room. Since doing that Alexa will not play any radio stations through Tunein on either device. Any ideas? I’ve got a diagnostic code of 779537869.
Tunein was offline a couple of days ago, but should now be working again. Just check it is set as default in your Amazon Alexa App. If the problems persist then disable/enable the Sonos Skill and scan for your Sonos devices again... also check that both the Sonos One and Beam have the Alexa Voice service showing in their 'room' settings in the Sonos App and that the small mic LED light is showing on both devices.
TuneIn on Sonos seems to have problems intermittently. Very annoying having to troubleshoot the problem even though it is only now and then.

If it continues, I would maybe mention your intermittent problems to TuneIn, particularly if you are perhaps using their 'paid' premium service and not just the 'free' one that they provide.
Agree - based in Australia so no attraction to use TuneIn Premium service. Instead have started using myTuner Radio as an alternative.

TuneIn are responsible for the service via the Sonos App and if the issue does continue for you, then it helps everyone if you let them know directly via their help center. You may also find the Sonos Status Page helpful, as that should quickly let you know if there is an outage of the service and will save you time from perhaps troubleshooting the matter.

Hope that assists you too.
