Tunein not working with Alexa

Hi,

Alexa accepts command to play tunein on Sonos and acknowledges but then fails to play anything. OK on Echo dot so seems like a Sonos problem. Started happening yesterday. Any suggestions please?

Hi,

Got in touch with Sonos support. Disabling & re-enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app fixed it.

    Hi

    Can you play the radio station via the Sonos App?  What command are you using?

    Remember: Sometimes Red Wine helps :)

    Hi,

    Can you play the radio station via the Sonos App? Yes

    What command are you using? “Alexa play TodayFM from TuneIn”

    Command worked until a few days ago.

    All software up to date.

    Alexa acknowledges with “Playing TodayFM from TuneIn” then fails to play anything.

    Doesn’t matter what station you request, fails to work for all
