Currently, Amazon Alexa is available on Sonos in the countries listed in this article, where you can also find a list of countries where Amazon Alexa will be supported on Sonos soon.

Upon checking, Morocco is not yet included on the said list and that means Alexa voice service on Sonos is not yet available in this country.

Merci de m'avoir répondu , si j'ai bien compris pour Alexa Ça va prendre beaucoup de temps mais pour Google assistant pourquoi il ne marche pas aussi sur ma beam (pas disponible dans votre pays) alors que sur ma télé sony XG95 il marche bien.

I checked Google Assistant availability on Sonos and the same result, yes it is not yet available in Morocco.

Kindly verify how it is working on your TV? There might be another device in between the Beam and TV that receives the Google command like Google Home.
