i can't stream music from global player with amazon alexa on my sonos move can anyone help

Try removing and re-adding the Global Player service in the Sonos app. Also make sure the Sonos and Global Player skills have been added and enabled in the Alexa app. If they have already been added, you can try disabling and re-enabling the skills in the Alexa app.
