Is your Alexa registered to a county that supports Spotify?

Should Spotify service not just show up in settings, premium or not?

I believe you need Premium for it to work. But the Alexa app should have Spotify listed as one of the approved music sources. Are you saying its not there on the app at all?

Alexa app > Settings > Music & Media

When I set mine up today this gave me the option of selecting Amazon Music, Spotify and Tunin.

Yes Spotify is not there at all, only Amazon and Tunein.
