FYI.. I was able to get my Sonos One back online in Alexa by powering down my router and then repowering. Took a few minutes for it to start recognizing commands again.
This did not require disabling any skills, factory reset, or resetting Alexa.
Although I did try disabling Alexa and factory reset without success.

Sounds like the device was unable to acquire an IP address from your DHCP server ‘perhaps’? If it (ever) happens again, maybe consider adding the devices IP address to your routers DHCP reservation table and see if that resolves the matter in the longer-term.🤞
