Sonos Roam - Alexa Voice Assistant in Brazil

Hi there. I am aware that currently Sonos’ Alexa Skill is not supported in Brazil.

 

My question is: even though I know that Sonos skill wont work here, if I buy a Sonos Roam and use it in Brazil, will I be able to use it as a voice assistant device over here in portuguese? Use it, for instance, to turn on and off my air conditioner...

Hi @Rltonini,

 

Neither Alexa nor Google Assistant are enabled to work with Sonos in Brazil. If you have iOS devices, you could set up Siri, which you can learn more about on our dedicated FAQ page: Use Siri to control Sonos speakers

Note, you wouldn’t be using the mics on the Roam to command Siri, as all control will be done via your iPhone or iPad.
