Hello @ProXy, welcome to the Sonos Community!
I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble setting Amazon Alexa back to your Sonos Play:1’s after starting a new Sonos system.
Please have a look at the following support page Alexa commands not working on Sonos, and more specifically the Advanced fixes.
If you require further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Sonos Support team, they can guide you setting back Amazon Alexa to Sonos step by step.
I hope this helps.
Sadly this doesn’t help. I followed each step in the linked document, chatted with the support, but the only answer was, that the fault has to be on Amazon’s side, while the Amazon support tells me that this is on Sonos’ side.
Five Play:1 and not a single one can be detected….nice!
I have the same “not detected” issue with a Symfonisk Bookshelf!
Following this, because I have excatly the same problem with my 3 Sonos Play1. I also did all the step.
My Play:1s has been factory reseted and then reconnected to my Sonos account,
I can use the app and play music from the Sonos App but Alexa can’t detect them when I want to add them.
May I join this unhappy club?
After having to replace my router, Alexa voice control stopped working.
Had to re-register all speakers (older Plat1s, Play3, Playbar). All now work fine off the Sonos app.
Alexa app will not find these speakers as devices. All apps & skills deleted & reinstalled several times. Alexa app works fine with other devices.
Oh and I have deleted the Amazon shopping app.
Others are having similar problems

It would be helpful to know if this is a recognised issue
It is a recognized issue from this response I got in another post.
Hopefully soon?
