Sonos Play:1 not connecting to alexa

So i own 2 Play:1s. And the one downstairs is fine, and works normally, The one upstairs (the one that’s having issues), works fine in the sonos app, but on alexa, it still said device offline. So i looked it up, and found that i could deregister it from my alexa account, then add it back, however when i add a speaker, it doesn’t find it during the search. 
 

Any help would be appreciated
