Sonos One will not connect with Amazon Prime
I can't get the Songs One to play amazon music (all other amazon devices play it fine) - I've gone through the routine several times - reinstall, reset etc. Every time Sonos One tells me that I could sign up for a trial account of amazon unlimited ( I already subscribe) - so finally I said yes and it's working - I have no idea who Sonos One or Amazon... thinks I am..

You have to add your Amazon account information to both the Sonos app and the Alexa app.
yeah, thanks - but been there done that... the rest of my echo devices use amazon unlimited fine... but thanks for the response...
