Sonos ONE - slow to start playing radio via Alexa
Until yesterday I listened to BBC radio through an Echo Dot hard wired in to a v1 Sonos 5 speaker; the radio would start playing almost immediately after I had asked Alexa to play a station. I now have a pair of Sonos ONE speakers and it takes several seconds to start playing the same radio station after I have sent the command. Have others experienced this, and if so have they found an workaround? TIA, relb

Hi
This can be caused by two things:
1/ Slow internet connection speed;
2/ And the most likely, Sonos buffers the Audio for multiple players to ensure that they all play in sync.
As a test, can you please group the two Sonos One's and the Play:5 in the Sonos app and then test the delay difference when initiated via the Echo Dot against the Sonos One's.
