i see a lot of posts regarding the alexa integration and it limitations. Do you guys have a roadmap you can post? Just a little information on what to expect in the coming months and what NOT to expect would keep most users here very happy. it doesnt bode well for your customer service/reputation when so many people are asking the same questions and all we here are crickets

Apart from generalities like "we are focusing on voice control, speakers for smart homes and streaming services" on one hand, and "coming in 2018/ getting better soon" on the other, Sonos does not do roadmaps - in the time I have been a user since 2011. Does any other make?
