I recently got a Sonos one and Alexa worked fine to begin with. I recently added 2x play 5’s (gen 2) as a pair. All 3 speakers are in the same large room, so I set up pair of play 5’s as one room and Sonos one as another and grouped them. I also then added a boost.
Since doing this Alexa will answe questions like what’s the weather (so I know connected to WiFi), but when you say play “xyz” it says it will but nothing.
I’ve reset the Sonos one and have it set up as a separate room again (ungrounded), but still no joy.
I’m sure it’s something silly, please help

Remove the Sonos Skill from the Alexa App and then reinstall it again and rediscover devices. See if that fixes it.
