Sonos One not enabling voice control

I have recently purchased a Sonos One to go with my existing Sonos speakers and was hoping to add voice control. However, after connecting the speaker, the app claims voice control is not available in my country. I am in the UK and my account country is set as UK, can anyone suggest why the app is refusing to recognise this?

Can you check the Alexa App>Settings>Your Sonos One and check the device location is set correctly? Also, are you logging on to a Amazon.co.uk account?

Edit: Also check your Amazon Country setting isn't set to unknown:

View and Update Your Country or Region
Visit Manage Your Content and Devices, and then click the Settings tab.
If the displayed country is incorrect under Country Settings, click Change.
Select an existing home address from your Amazon account or enter a new one.
When you're finished, click Update
