My Sonos One has recently stopped playing music from Spotify.
Details:
It is connected to the internet as it can tell me the time.
It is connected to my Spotify account as it will say eg "playing coffee table jazz on shuffle" when I test it with "play some jazz" but that's followed up my silence.
It must be a problem on the Sonos end as my Amazon Dots still play the music fine.
What I've done:
Updated software on both my phone apps and Sonos One.
Uninstalled all the apps and reinstalled. On my Phone
De registered and re registered my sonos one in ALEXA APP
Factory reset and re set up my sonos one - The speaker itself
(these steps were mostly guided by me trouble shooting via google and this site)
And I'm still back to where I started. Everything works except actually playing the music itself.
Can anyone advise as I've run out of ideas.
