Sonos one Gen 2 issues

Anyone running Sonos one Gen2 and having issues that every so often after making an Alexa command that the unit will stutter and drop off the wifi? I have 3 units and all three are doing it intermittently. Exact same issues with my Friends unit he also just got. We both were running the original Sonos ones with no issues. I tried replacing back with Gen 1 and ran it for a couple days and no issues. Went back to Gen 2 and will have the issue couple times a day.

Wifi network is Ubiquiti Unifi with 3 AC HD APs.

Hi jm600rr07, that's interesting, we'd love to take a closer look at the system with you. To start with, can you https:// https://www.sonos.com/en-us/contact/contact-options and have a look with a technician? They'll probably need to do some basic tests, then perhaps escalate it up to a senior technician to review.
I have the same issue. I can't even acces it in the sonos app. It's completely disconnected from my wifi and ny wifi is really stable. Only way to get it working again is to plug it on and out. After 15 min same issues
