Was working fine till yesterday. Have followed all instructions and tips on this community plus others. Still cannot make it work.

 

On Alexa app shows device as offline when it is not.

 

Help?

When a device is shown as offline, this means that it can’t connect to the Amazon servers.  First off, try powering down the Sonos device for 1 min and then power back on.  If the issue persists, then please see my article: Tips & Tricks - Resolving random issues impacting Sonos devices.. | Sonos Community
