Sonos One - Cannot add Alexa

I've been trying to add Alexa and have not been able to by following the prompts on the Sonos app. I get to the screen that says "Steps to set up Alexa" - then hit the "connect your amazon account" and then I get an error saying "There was a problem adding Alexa. Any clues on how to solve this?

If you're still having trouble connecting to your account, I'd suggest trying from a different controller. If that's not going, it'd be best to give us a call on our support line.

Same thing happening to me, worked on the first Sonos One, failing on the second One. Tried from iOS, Android, and Mac controllers.
