Sonos One and Alexa iOS App

Hi,

I have the Sonos One and am attempting to pair it with the Alexa App on iOS, well... I am able to add the Sonos to my "Smart Home Devices", however if I go to the settings then it displays as "Offline".

No matter what I request, the result is the same...
"Here's your request... I'm not sure what went wrong"

• I have tried disabling the app and enabling it again.
• I have reset the Sonos, and apps multiple times.
• I have followed a few guides on this forum, such as https://en.community.sonos.com/amazon-alexa-and-sonos-229102/sonos-one-not-responding-to-alexa-comands-6793239

I've been on the phone to Sky as I thought this may be an Internet-related issue, but everything is fine on their end. The device shows as connected on my router admin page. This is set up on a 2.4GHz wireless network, but the problem persists when cabled.

Is anybody able to provide any further assistance with this?

If you select Alexa App>Settings>{Your Sonos One}, you should see the option to switch to 'On-line'.
