Sonos One - Alexa Volume

After the upgrade of my Sonos One speakers to the newest firmware I have noticed that the Alexa Volume now is irrelevant from the Sonos actual volume. Even If I mute my Sonos One volume,  Alexa can still be heard from the speakers. In addition, when I change the volume of the speakers again Alexa volume does not change.

 

Is something changed, or is this a bug?

I must be denser than I thought. This answer makes no sense. I’m dealing with the same issue for over two years. We can barely hear Alexa. If we turn her up , then the TV/music volume is ridiculously loud.

 

is there a solution?
