We switched IP's about a week ago and the Sonos/Alexa ecosystem in our home as gone slightly haywire. I don't think the two are related, but maybe someone out there knows something I don't. Here's an example of what's happening:
- "Alexa, play Sublime" request is made on the Sonos:One speaker in the Master Bedroom.
- Sublime music begins to play, but it's playing randomly on the Sonos:One in our kitchen downstairs or the Echo Dot in our kid's room down the hall.
Any thoughts?

Look in the Alexa app, tap 'Devices' at the bottom and see what devices you have in which Alexa groups, and what the 'preferred speakers' are, if any.

Currently, we have (1x) Sonos:One, (1x) Sonos: Bean and (1x) Echo Spot in our kitchen/living room area on the lower level of our home, which these rooms are not separated by walls. The only separator is a fireplace. Therefore, whenever the kids use the Alexa "Make Announcement" feature from their bedrooms it's impossible to clearly hear what they're saying because all of the Alexa enabled devices don't announce at the same time and just echo through the lower level of the home. We've tried disabling the Beam's communications to stop the announcement, but then you can't control the t.v.
So, is there a way to keep the Alexa communication feature of all three devices enabled so you can still communicate with these devices, but disable 2 of these devices from playing the announcements when they come through? Any help is much appreciated.
