Well the Sonos saga continues. I lost Alexa connectivity a week ago. Since then I've changed broadband provider and router. The usual Sonos nightmare began. Difficulty connecting Sonos One to the new router, 1 still won't connect.
Alexa connects, but with no functionality. Won't play radio or music and showing off-line in Alexa app.
Why is Sonos such a nightmare to do anything with. I may give up and by a few Alexas and save the hassle.
Any ideas????
