Sonos Move Microphone sensitivity

Hi,

 

the Move 1 seems to have a great microphone. 
But it is too sensitive if someone has other Alexa devices in other rooms.

Even 20 meters away between a distance of three rooms, a ‚Alexa‘ with normal speaking volume, will trigger the Move to answer. Unfortunately there is no option go change the activation word or regulate the sensitivity of the mics.

 

please consider this in an update

 

(of course i‘m on the current App Version and Sonos Firmware

Try turning the mic off for a few seconds and then back on again. In the past this appeared to do some form of reset to the mic settings.

no, unfortunately this does not help.

even with a normal voice behind a closed door, the move discovers the wake word and yells at me.

it’s nice if the move would be the only device in the house, then i can whisper in the cellar and the speaker answers….

...but with several alexa disabled devices, this is annoying.

Cannot change the wake word, cannot change sensitivity…...
