I have seen an old post on here but my Sonos Move announces it will play a Radio then go silent, only just started doing it.
In order to get assistance from others, you’re likely going to need to provide more detail. We know you have a Sonos Move, what we likely need to know is what voice assistant you’re using, what radio station isn’t playing as expected, which service is providing that stream, and likely some notion as to the WiFi environment/connection to your Move.
Alternately, you could submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
This is probably when you ask the Move to play music using Google Assistant? Since last week my system also does not respond to commands like these anymore. While luckily I can still commands my Hue lights and Somfy blinds, my good morning does not work anymore with Google on Sonos - all is well in the Home and Assistant app, but via Sonos I do not get the weather forecast and the news anymore until I specifically ask for it. All this just after receiving an email from Google they are taking the next step towards Gemini.
Often, simply restarting the speaker and router helps resolve this issue, and also make sure the Sonos app and firmware are fully updated.
