When I’m trying to add alexa as voice assistance, i cant find it, only “sonos voice control”

I don’t see Qatar listed on https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/amazon-alexa-availability-on-sonos
You may want to petition Amazon to give Sonos the legal authorization to allow Alexa in that region.
Note that Amazon itself operates their own hardware in many areas that they have yet extended to other companies. It’s feasible that this is due to local laws, or just being to busy to authorize others, but Sonos does require authorization before they’re allowed to ‘activate’ use.
