Sonos Beam won't play in Alexa group

I have a Play:1 and a Sonos Beam (Gen 1). Alexa will not play the Beam anytime I create a group in the Alexa app to combine the speakers for playing. Alexa will only play audio on the Play:1. The Sonos app will show that the Beam is supposed to be playing, but there is no audio. Alexa can play music individually on each Sonos device without a problem. It’s only when I try to create a group is when the issue occurs.

I have tried reinstalling the Alexa app, disabling/re-enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app, resetting router, factory resetting Sonos devices, and changing routers. Nothing seems to work. It was fine several months ago. 

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. :)
