Every few days my beam stops working woth Alexa it’s very frustrating I delete devices and re add them it works for a few days then stops again
This can be caused by the Beam losing the connection - how is your system set-up: via wi-fi or do you have a device connected via an ethernet cable? Can you open the Sonos app and check the WM setting under the About your Sonos system option within Settings?



The other reason is that Alexa authorisation has been compromised in some manner. If it happens again, can you first Disable the Sonos skill in the Alexa app and then Re-Enable and see if this fixes the problem.
