Sonos Beam, Alexa and Plex
Hi, I have set up my Beam to link to my PLEX server. If I use the Sonos app I can play music to the Beam OK. If I say "Alexa, Ask plex to play music by Adele" she responds in the affirmative and my media server shows that alexa is direct playing the correct music. So that all looks fine. BUT! no sound comes out of the beam! If I do the same on my echo in anther room it works perfectly. Is this (yet another) deficiency in the implementation of alexa and the beam?

Initiating play from the Plex service to Sonos is not supported at this time.

Disappointing 😞, so I was correct "(yet another) deficiency in the implementation of Alexa and the Beam". Who needs to fix this? Sonos, Plex or Amazon? Thanks
The strange thing is that your situation did work for me on a Sonos One, requesting music from my Plex server. It worked fine. For a week at least but now it’s broken again.
