Sonos Arc and One - Settings change in Alexa app

Hi all, I used to be able to go into the Alexa app and select either Arc or One and the app would take me to a settings page to change things like “enable announcements” etc but now tapping on any Sonos Alexa enabled product, it does nothing!

When I first setup my new Arc a few months ago I had full functionality and amended several settings that were Alexa related, so I know it used to work.

Any advice or help greatly appreciated.

Oh and by the way I have disabled and enabled the “skill” sh*tloads of times! Still no good.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

We are aware of this issue and have reported it to Amazon. At present, I have no news of progress to share, but you may be able to adjust some settings via the Alexa web portal at I believe you are unable to change the speaker’s location setting, however.
