Why does my Sonos one keep disconnecting?

Is the ’One’ disconnecting from a wired, or wireless network, or just losing its connection with your controller device? - what is happening exactly?

If you mean dropping from your wireless network - then perhaps provide details of:

  • Make/model of router?
  • Wifi Channels in use and channel-width settings?
  • Any other wireless access points?
  • Other Sonos products on the network and if any are wired?
  • Type of controller and the OS running on the device?
