Roam voice control - Alexa ?

just got my roam love it but voice control does not seem to work or am i misssing something ?

 

say ‘ alexa ‘ as i do for the one or the echo but no reaction the white light is on to say mic is active

 

plays music from app spoifiy etc not voice control

 

any help be great thanks ( sorry if im being really thick which could be the case !! )

Just to cover all the basics first, have you followed our guide on Setting up Amazon Alexa with a voice-enabled Sonos speaker? You’ll need to perform these steps before you can use Alexa on Roam :slight_smile:
