Reset Sonos One and cant get Alexa function to work
Recently added a sonos playbase and is now the main hub and connection to the internet. Previously had a Sonos One with Alexa working perfectly. Went to add my play 1 and one as surround sound but realised that you need a matching pair. I’ve reset the Sonos One but now Alexa function won’t work? Very frustrating help !

First off, can you check that the small white round light is still showing on the top of the Sonos One? (If not, then you've turned the mic off by accident - just touch the mic symbol to toggle back on.)
