My Sonos system (Beam & 2 100’s) stopped responding to play music commands with Alexa. I get the “I’m having trouble playing that right now” message. I’ve rebooted the system and reauthorized all music systems. WiFi signal very strong. Any help is appreciated. 

Try disabling and re-enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app and rebooting your router.
