After connecting Sonos One to smartphone and downloading Alexa app (with Sonos Skill), the Alexa app dosen't recognize my device and sends an error saying "Detection ERROR".

I retried to do the configuration from the beginning (I did a factory-reboot on the Sonos) but nothing change.

I'm in Argentina, could it be that Alexa dosen't work here?
Try removing the Alexa all from your phone and then retry the Alexa voice setup from the sonos app. Without the Alexa app installed it should open a web page instead.
Is alexa in Argentina?
I don't think it is...not even seeing on the upcoming list
